The Project Report is the most critical part of the process of Regularization. Regularization can be of several types it could be your Building / Shop / Apartment or any premises that is deemed to be in violation of the Regulations that it was approved under. The project report is an enumeration of the area summary of the Last Approved Plans, the Existing Site Conditions and the Final Possibility within the Framework of the DCPR 2034.
- Preparing a feasibility report that includes the process and costing for regularizing the project/property. Preparing a Summary comparing the Last Approved Plans, the Existing Site Conditions and the Final Possibility.
- Relative MMC Cost Analysis under the DCPR 2034.
- Relative site modifications, additions and alterations cost that is to be executed on site.
